quotation for conclusion of civil hired transport contract for provision of light motor vehicles at hq chief engineer shillong , providing of vehicle for daily running to any station ( rate rs ) within north east zone duties for indigo/ swift dzire ( non a/c ) . , notes : rates will be quoted considering fixed charges as under :- rate ( rs ) for indigo/swift dzire ( non ac ) . 1 . detention charges at local or out station per night ( 2200 to 0600 hrs ) ( rates will be applicable if stay is more than 24 hrs . rs 700/- per night . 2 . for toyota/ corolla/ safari/ scorpio ( non ac ) rs 10/- per km will be paid extra . veh km will be restricted to 1500 km for the period of the contract . , 3 . ac charges per km . - rs 4 per kms for indigo/swift dizire ( ac charges will be paid on actual km run and 6 per km for toyoto coralla/innova/optra/tata/safari/scorpio ( ac charges will be paid on actual km run . notes:- terms and conditions . all rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes . the vehicle will be hired for conveyance of officers from / to ce shillong zone area to/ from any of the station within aor of this hq or for local duties ( tentative distance chart for out station area are indicated as enclosed to be used for hiring purpose ) . quotation received after the above mentioned time & date will not be entertained . payment is admissible only after completion of journey . the vehicle will be consigned to ce shillong zone as per the conditions given on the letter issued by the office . the validity of abvoe quotation should be clearly indicated . in case aeroplane/ train arrival at borjar airport/ guwahati rly station is , delayed from schedule arrival time , no detention charges shall be paid up to 4 hrs for schedule arrival time . if detention is more than 4 hrs then detention charges will be paid at the rate rs 60/- per hour after deducting first four hours . accepting officer can terminate the contract even before completion of the contract any time without assigning any reason to the firm . the above quoted rate shall be applicable for one full year from the date of acceptance of the contract . if the contractor fail to provide the vehicle at the schedule place , date and time , there shall be a penalty at the rate twice of the rate quoted for the specific vehicle and route . registration certificated of cab-operators with concerned tax registrartion auth is to be fwd with the quotation in case of non holding of the gst registration code number , the quotation will be considered invalid . vehicle detailed will be neat and clean with and proper seat covers and without any foul odour or rattling sound . driver detailed shall be courteous and well versed with the terms and conditions of the contract . any deviation from this condition will entail termination of job order . the total of quoted rates of both material as well as labour component including gst as applicable . tds for it/gst shall be deducted as applicable .
