bids are invited for custom bid for services - hiring of staff car for cwe (af) jamnagar; to different works sites. the office has a wide spread area of responsibility comprising the important af stations at jamnagar, samana, sarmat range, khambhaliya and dwarka there are approx 30 major projects and approx 150 maint contracts are running under aor of this office. outsourcing of transport facilities for supply of vehicles i.e. 01 no sedan vehicle against defi vehicle for hq owe (af) jamnagar out for project contingency for site visit for 11 months or 16500 km whichever is earlier under the following terms & conditions:- (a) the vehicle should be provided on monthly basis including sunday and national holiday if required. payment will be made on km rate as quoted by vender/supplier. the normal duration of duty will be 8-10 hours. in case of requirement/urgency vehicle will be provide during night time also. note:- night duty/night halt charges etc shall be deemed to be paid in quoted rates and no extra shall be paid separately (b) vehicle supplier should submit all valid documents such as vehicles registration, insurance with update road tax payment, pollution control certificate etc to the office the validity should be for at least entire duration of the contract (c) the driver should be will experienced with valid driving license, adequately educated to maintain log book & well-mannered/disciplined. the log sheet should be signed on daily basis.
