corrigendum - quotation for conclusion of civil hired transport ( cht ) contract for provision of light motor vehicles , providing of vehicle for daily running to any station ( rate rs ) within north east zone or for local duties in shillong duties for indigo/ swift dzire ( non a/c ) as per the following :- ( a ) 80 kms per day or part there of ( minimum amount payble for using the veh ) . indicative station to station distance is at appendix a . ( b ) all as per item 1 here in before but for toyota coralla/ innova/optra/tata/safari/scorpio ( non ac ) as per the following:- ( i ) 80 kms per day or part there of ( minimum amount payable for using the veh ) . note: vehicale km will be restricted to 1500 km for the period of the contract . notes : rates will be quoted considering fixed charges as under :- rate ( rs ) for indigo/swift dzire ( non ac ) . 1 . detention charges at local or out station per night ( 2200 to 0600 hrs ) ( rates will be applicable if stay is more than 24 hrs . rs 700/- per night . 2 . ac charges per km . - rs 4 per kms for indigo/swift dizire ( ac charges will be paid on actual km run and 6 per km for toyoto coralla/innova/optra/tata/safari/scorpio ( ac charges will be paid on actual km run . 3 . local running at shillong or in out station . - fixed charges for extra km over and above specified km in item nos 1 & 2 shall be considered as 1/80th of the rate quoted for item ser no 1 & 2 night halt shall be paid separately as per note ser no 1 .
