outsourcing for conservancy services for mes offices at mil stn jaisalmer and outsourcing the activities for meter reading at mil stn jaisalmer and pokaran under ge ( a ) jaisalmer , outsourcing for internal and external conservancy for the bldgs of cwe ( a ) jaisalmer , ge ( a ) jaisalmer , ge ( a ) ( p ) no 1 jaisalmer and ge ( a ) ( p ) no 2 jaisalmer viz office complex to provide proper cleanliness & hygiene in office complexes including verandahs , toilets , corridors , roofs , cleaning of toilets including disinfection , disinfection of rooms , cleaning of window panes , glass frames , doors , dusting of tables , rearranging of furnitures , removal of cobwebs , cleaning of roofs & open drains prior to the onset of monsoon including supply of consumable items viz disinfectants like phenyal , acid , naphtha balls & cakes , cleaning agents like vim , detergents and minerals , turpentine oil , brooms , brushes as per satisfaction of nodal officer/ adm officer/ section head . notes : ( i ) the contractor has to provide 12 labours and one supervisor per day for conservancy services . ( ii ) the minimum qty of various consumable items are mentioned in appx c . rates are inclusive & hence nothing extra is admissible on this account . contractor should quote his rates accordingly . ( iii ) penalty shall be levied from contractor as per conditions given in particular specifications if any conservancy staff is found absent from duty . , outsourcing of one semi skilled highly qualified/ experienced person with iti ( electrical ) passed having experience of meter reading capable to read and write english and hindi with basic knowledge of computer operation , type of electric meters and taking their electric consumption reading . the general scope of work is to update master data base and check/inspect and record meter reading of each and every electric energy meter installed at various location of jaisalmer and pokaran mil station . , detailed scope in respect of meter reading work sevices:- 1 ) timing:- 0900 hrs to 1700hrs on all working days . 2 ) the person detailed for meter reading shall visit all places every month where electric energy meters are installed and shall take meter reading . the reading of electric energy meter installed in the premises of paying consumers shall be recorded in meter reader book as well as meter reading cards which is to be provided by the contractor in presence of the consumers . one meter reading card duly entered with all requisite data signed by meter reader shall remain with the consumer . he is further responsible for all the data base for all relevant information necessary for generating the bills , preparation of reports/return etc and other day to day official work concern to the section . 3 ) the conditions given in particular specifications shall also be considered by contractor while quoting his rates .
