job work job works for outsourcing of b / r and e / m services at sevoke road mil stn under ge sevoke road , deploying of 03 nos electrician ( semi-skilled ) in each day per shift of 8 hours for providing comprehensive maintenance services by attending day to day e / m complaints in livable and workable hygenic condition perfectly in order through out the period of job work and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and upkeeping of married and other than married and otm accommodation buildings on all working days excluding sundays and closed holidays alongwith all necessary tools and plants complete as per requirement enumeraqted in particular specification and as directed by engineer-in-carge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 08 hours . ( a ) electrician ( semi-skilled ) - 03 nos , deploying of 05 nos semi-skilled tradesmen per day in one shift of 8 hours for providing comprehensive maintenance services by attending day to day complaints ( b / r ) in living and workable condition perfectly in order through out of the period and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and upkeeping of all married and other than married and otm accn buildings including map accn on all working days except sundays and closed holidays alongwith all necessary tools and plants complete as per requirement enumerated in job and as directed by concern age with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 8 hours . note :- ( a ) material / items required for repair / replacement will be issued under schedule b free for fixing . ( b ) apart from attending the complaints during day shift reqistering and attending complaints recd during working hours shall also be provided . ( c ) minimum deployment of tradesmen ( semi-skilled ) are given as under :- ( i ) mason ( semi-skilled ) - 01 no ( ii ) carpenter ( semi-skilled ) - 02 nos ( iii ) plumber ( semi-skilled ) - 02 nos total - 05 nos ( d ) the contractor is deemed to have inspected / visited the premises / offices the area of which included in the scope of job to ascertain the actual quantum of work involved . non for any misunderstanding regarding exact scope and nature of work involved shall be admissible . ( e ) necessary t&p and safety equipment shall be provided by the contractor . ( f ) timing of shift per will be decided by the age concern . , deploying of 01 nos meter reader ( semiskilled ) at bso sevoke road for reading and recording reading of energy meters of any type and any capacity located at different consumers premises ( commence wef 1st of each month ) e . g md accn of officers , single accn of officers , md accn of pbors , otm , staff of kv school , mes civil quarters and private commercial buildings etc situated at sevoke road mil station including entering the readings in users meter cards and also entering in a separate register duly signed by engineer-in-charge / bso for 1661 meteres . it also includes preparing electric consumption report and generating computerized bills of each consumer as per required format and submitting the same to bso sub division of ge sevoke road upto 10th of each month or as directed by engineer-in-charge / bso . periodicity of reader will vary . ( a ) 01 man per day is required . note ( a ) providing necessary services like stationery in the revenue section of bso sub division for preparation of occupation / vacation report / returns and meter reading register etc maintain rentable building register , on the basis of occupation / vacation reports or any other work as directed by engineer-in-charge . ( b ) qualification of meter readers . the deployed meter reader should have qualification as per semi skilled person i . e . high school capable to read and write english & hindi with basic knowledge of computer operation , basic knowledge about electric / electronic meters and taking their reading . ( c ) timings of duty . one shift a day from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sundays & holidays . ( d ) transport . transport for meter readers to record reading of energy meters will be provided by the contractor . ( f ) meter reading record . meter reading is to be recorded in two card existing by meter reader during meter reading and one card is with user and another one is kept at bso office . ( g ) meter reading procedure . monthly to quarterly depending upon type of consumer / vacation of building . , deploying of 05 nos helper ( un-skilled ) for providing comprehensive maintenance services by assisting the tradesmen for attending day to day e / m & b / rcomplaints through petty for maintenance and keeping of md & otm accommodation building incl map accn in the station on all working days except sundays and holidays complete as per requirment and as directed by engineer-in-charge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 08 hours . ( a ) helper / mazdoor - 05 nos , deployment of 02 nos sewermen ( un-skilled ) per day in one shift of 8 hours for providing services to attend day to day complaints pertaining to different of sewarage work incl of bottle trap , gully trap , nahani trap , p to s strap of wc , removing of blockage and cleaning of sewage line from nahani trap / floor trap to gully trap of from gully trap to first manhole and making flow of sewage with manual / pressure cleaning pumps and flexible rods and other necessary t & p equipment for all md and otm accn building included map qtrs in invable and workable hygenic condition perfrectly in order through out the period of job on all working days ( except sunday and closed holidays ) all as in particular specification and as dir
