tender for manning and operation for e / m installation of zone a at khumbathang , manning and operation of main receiving station at north power house under ge khumbathang comprising the following assets:- ( a ) main receiving station ( i ) ht god - 02 nos ( ii ) transformer 250 kva - 01 nos ( iii ) transformer 500 kva - 01 nos ( iv ) main panels and changeover switches ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift ( a ) main receiving station operator ( iti qualified in electrical or mechanical with mininum 02 years experience in the field or minimum 12th pass with 05 years experience in the field ( one electrician per each shift total 03 electricians in a day ) i . e 3 shifts per day for 335 days ( 3 x 335 = 1005 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing of 8 hrs daily for 11 calender months ) . ( c ) nature of work to be done at signal centre / ascon by operator of dg sets :- ( i ) operation of main switches , god . ( ii ) operation of changeover switches as on required basis . , ( b ) main receiving station helper ( having 10th pass qualification with minimum experience of 2 yrs in the field ) ( one helper per each shift total 03 helpers in a day ) i . e 3 shifts per day for 335 days ( 3 x 335 = 1005 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily of 11 calender months ) . nature of work of main receiving station helpers :- ( i ) operation of main switches , god . ( ii ) operation of changeover switches as on required basis . , ( a ) manning and operation of dg set & pump set installation of north power house round the clock having assets as under:- ( i ) dg set 320 kva . make :- greaves - 01 nos ( ii ) dg set 320 kva . make :- cummins - 02 nos ( iii ) dg set 250 kva . make :- kirloskar - 02 nos ( iv ) dg set 200 kva . make :- greaves - 01 nos ( v ) dg set 125 kva . make :- cummins - 01 nos ( vi ) centrifugal pump set 20 hp - 02 nos . ( a ) operator staff to be deployed per shift ( a ) diesel engine operator ( iti qualified in electrial or mechanical with mininum 02 years experience in the field or 12th pass with minimum 05 years experience in the field ) ( one operator per each shift total 03 operators in a day ) i . e 3 shifts per day for 335 days ( 3 x 335 = 1005 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily ofr 11 calender months ) . ( b ) nature of work to be done at arty bde by operator of dg set :- ( i ) operation of dg set ( ii ) periodical check of battery ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) filling diesel in the tank , maintain the dg sets . ( v ) pumping and maintaining of pump sets . , ( b ) north power house helper ( having 10th pass qualification with minimum experience of 2 yrs in the field ) ( one helper per each shift total 03 helpers in a day ) i . e 3 shifts per day for 335 days ( 3 x 335 = 1005 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily of 11 calender months ) . nature of work to be done by notth power house helpers :- ( i ) daily cleaning of all the assets listed and helping the tradesmen installation . ( ii ) periodical cleaning of all the assets installed at other booster installation . , note for all the items :- ( a ) fol collection : fol collection as per requirement bassis from 9 compo pl , approximate 2 km shall be part of the job at no extra cost and shall be collected by the staff deployed under this contract irrespective of trade . ( b ) uniform :- the m & o staff shall wear uniform as directed / decided by the ge / engineer-in-charge . mandatory tools viz . insulating pliers , cutter , screw drivers , de spanner set shall always in possession of the duty sba , both uniform and tools shall be arranged by the contractor without extra cost . ( c ) petty repair with gland packing , tightening of nuts , bolts , removing of foreign material from the suction / delivery line of pump shall be included in unit rates of the item quoted here in before . ( d ) the contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the pump installations / dg set installation area . ( e ) if the operator is found absent from duty a recovery of rs 500 / - per shift shall be effected from contractors rar or final bill in addition to non payment of manning and operation charges as per ca . ( f ) the area of pump installation / dg set upto the fencing or boundry wall shall be cleaned daily by the contractor . in case if the area is not found cleaned a recovery of rs 1500 / per month shall be effected from contractor .
