tender for manning and operation of dg set and pump house installation at khaltsi manning and operation of dg set and pump house installation at khaltsi under ge khumbathang , manning and operation of dg set at khaltsi power house , round the clock having assests as under : , ( a ) dg set installation having assets as under , ( i ) dg set 125 kva - 02 nos , ( ii ) dg set 25 kva - 02 nos , ( ii ) dg set 50 kva - 01 nos , ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift , ( a ) diesel engine operator ( iti qualified in electrial or mechanical or mininum 02 years experience in the field or minimum 12th pass with 05 years experience in the field ) ( one fgm / operator per each shift total 02 fgm in a day ) i . e 2 shifts per day for 335 days ( 2 x 335 = 670 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily or 11 calender months ) . , ( b ) electrician ( iti qualified in electrial or mininum 02 years experience in the field for operating ht / lt lines ( one electrician per each shift total 03 in a day ) i . e 3 shifts per day for 335 days ( 3 x 335 = 1005 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily or 11 calender months ) . , ( c ) helper ( 10th pass having minimum experience of 2 yrs ) ( one helper per each shift total 02 helpers in a day ) i . e 2 shifts per day for 335 days ( 2 x 335 = 670 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily or 11 calender months ) . , ( c ) nature of work to be done , ( a ) operators:- ( i ) operation of dg sets ( ii ) periodical check of battery ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) fill the diesel in the tank , maintain the dg sets ( b ) helper:- ( i ) daily cleaning of all the assets listed and helping the tradesmen installation . ( ii ) periodical cleaning of all the assets installed , ( a ) dg set and pump set installation round the clock having assets as under :- , ( i ) 25 hp pump set - 01 no , ( ii ) 05 hp bore well - 01 no , ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift , ( a ) diesel engine operator ( iti qualified in electrial or mechanical or mininum 02 years experience in the field ( one fgm per each shift total 02 fgm in a day ) i . e 2 shifts per day for 335 days ( 2 x 335 = 670 shifts ) ( each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily or 11 calender months ) . , ( c ) nature of work to be done , ( a ) khaltsi station operators :- ( i ) operation of dg sets ( ii ) periodical check of battery ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) fill the diesel in the tank , maintain the dg sets , perodical maint of dg set ( v ) pumping and maintaining of pump sets and booster . , note for all the items:- , ( a ) fol collection : fol collection as per requirement bassis from 8 compo / fpd hiniskut , approximate 2 km shall be part of the job at no extra cost and shall be collected by the staff deployed under this contract irrespective of trade . , ( b ) uniform :- the m & o staff shall wear uniform as directed / decided by the ge / engineer-in-charge mandatory tools insulating pliers , cutter , screw drivers , de spanner set shall always in possession of the duty sba , both uniform and tools shall be arranged by the contractor . ( c ) wages of operator / helper is to be done through adhar linked bank account and no payment shall be done without proof of payment of wages . attendence register shall be maintained by concerning sub division . , ( d ) qualification experience certificates of all fgm shall be submitted in concerned sub division within the one month of commencement of work and shall be the part of documents at the time of payment . ( e ) if the operator is found absent from duty a recovery of rs 500 / - per shift shall be effected from contractors rar or final bill in addition to non payment of manning and operation charges as per ca . , ( f ) the area of pump installation / dg set upto the fencing or boundry wall shall be cleaned by the contractor . in case if the area is not found cleaned a recovery of rs 1500 / per month shall be effected from contractor . , ( g ) the contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the pump installations / dg set installation area . petty repair with gland packing , tightening of nuts , bolts , removing of foreign material from the suction / delivery line of pump shall be included in unit rates of the item quoted here in before .
