tender for manning and operation for chs at certain location at khumbathang under ge khumbathang , manning and operation of chs installation under ge khumbathang comprising the following assets:- ( a ) em installation having assets as under ( i ) dg set 100 kva- 02 nos ( ii ) chs 250000 kcal ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift diesel engine operator ( fgm ) ( iti qualified in electrical or mechanical with minimum 02 years experience in the field or 12th pass with mininum 02 years experience in the field , one no in each shift total of 02 shift in a day total 02 operators in a day i . e 2 shifts per day for 180 days ( 2 x180 = 360 shifts ) ( each shift shall be of specified timing of 8 hrs daily for 6 calender months ) , ( c ) nature of work to be done at chs of u / g signal centre by operator of dg sets :- ( i ) operation of dg sets ( ii ) periodical check of battery ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) filling diesel in the tank , manning and operation of chs installation at alfa mess under ge khumbathang comprising the following assets:- ( a ) em installation having assets as under ( i ) dg set 125 kva- 12 nos ( ii ) chs 250000 kcal ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift diesel engine operator cum boiler attended ( iti qualified in electrical or mechanical with minimum 02 years experience in the field or 12th pass with mininum 02 years experience in the field , one no in each shift total 02 shift in a day , total 02 operators in a day i . e 2 shifts per day for 180 days ( 2 x180 =360 shifts ) ( each shift shall be of specified timing of 8 hrs daily for 6 calender months ) , first shift starting from 0800hrs ( c ) nature of work to be done at chs of alfa mess :- ( i ) operation of dg sets and boiler ( ii ) periodical check of battery ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) filling diesel in the tank and periodical check of glycol including necessary make up . , manning and operation of chs & hot water boiler at div hq under ge khumbathang comprising the following assets:- ( a ) em installation having assets as under ( i ) boilers -14 ( ii ) mono block centrifugal pump - 10 ( iii ) fcu -128 ( iv ) glycol circulation centrifugal pump -06 ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift electrician ( iti qualified or minimum 02 year experience in the field- one no in each shift for total of two shift per day total 02 operators in a day i . e 2 shift per day for 180 days ( 2x180 days = 360 shift ) ( each shift shall be of specified timing of 8 hrs daily for 6 calender months ) , first shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and second shift from 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs ) ( c ) nature of work to be done :- ( i ) operation of boilers including glycol make up pumps ( 014 nos boiler and 10 pump ) ( ii ) periodical check of glycol including necessary make up . ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) checking of leakages in glycol piping . , manning and operation of div hq power house under ge khumbathang comprising the following assets: ( a ) em installation having assets as under ( i ) 600 kva dg set -01 ( ii ) 500 kva dg set -01 ( iii ) 400 kva dg set -01 ( iv ) lt panel & 01 ( v ) apfc panel & 01x 750 kva voltage sablizer ( b ) operator staff to be deployed per shift dg operator ( iti qualified in electrical or mechanical with minimum 02 years experience in the field , one no in each shift total 02 operators in a day i . e 02 shifts per day for 180 days ( 2 x180 =360 shifts ) ( each shift shall be of specified timing of 8 hrs daily for 6 calender months ) , first shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and second shift from 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs . ( c ) nature of work to be done at div hq power house . :- ( i ) operation of dg sets , ht / lt panel , transformer , voltage stablizer and apfc panel ( ii ) periodical check of battery of dg set . ( iii ) preparation of daily run log sheet . ( iv ) filling diesel in the tank , note for item no 1 to 4 :- ( a ) fol collection : fol collection as per requirement bassis from 9 compo pl , approximate 2 km shall be part of the job at no extra cost and shall be collected by the staff deployed under this contract irrespective of trade . ( b ) uniform :- the m & o staff shall wear uniform as directed / decided by the ge / engineer-in-charge . mandatory tools viz . insulating pliers , cutter , screw drivers , de spanner set shall always in possession of the duty sba , both uniform and tools shall be arranged by the contractor without extra cost . ( c ) petty repair with gland packing , tightening of nuts , bolts , removing of foreign material from the suction / delivery line of pump shall be included in unit rates of the item quoted here in before . ( d ) the contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the pump installations / dg set installation area . ( e ) if the operator is found absent from duty a recovery of rs 500 / - per shift shall be effected from contractors rar or final bill in addition to non payment of manning and operation charges as per ca . ( f ) the area of pump installation / dg set upto the fencing or boundry wall shall be cleaned daily by the contractor . in case if the area is not found cleaned a recovery of rs 1500 / per month shall be effected from contractor .
