outsourcing of services for the maintenance and upkeep of md/otm accn at af station at bareilly , note:- ( applicable for all parts/items/ ) :- the bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document , & all corrigendum/ amendments and general conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates . , repair /recitification charges of various services rendered by a plumber ( skilled ) for attending various complaints regarding repair of water supply line/fittings , repair of flushing cistern , removal of blockage in flow of waste water/sullage water in kitchen /bath , replacing gi fittings and fixtures , repair/replacement of pvc connector , flush pipe , waste coupling etc . complete all the plumbing works related to building works assigned by the eng-in-charge at all floor levels and height excluding the cost of material , scaffolding etc complete and all the work will be executed as per direction of eng-in-charge . all the complaints to be attended and rectified with in 08 hours of issue of complaint slip on day to day basis . contractor shall deploy 04 ( four ) plumber on all days except sunday , gazetted holiday and national holday ( 0900 hrs to 1700hrs ) in each shift of 08 hours for 11 months to various complaint cell all as directed by eng-in-charge . note :- ( i ) . tools/plant and safety equipment required to complete the job shall be provided by the contractor . transportation for the personel deployed for attending the complaints to be provided by the contractor to avoid time delay . ( ii ) . store shall be issued at site as requirement through job card . ( iii ) . all retrieved material shall be govt propety and shall be deposited to store yard of ge ( af ) izatnagar . ( iv ) . in case of non attended any complaint within 8 hrs to any reason what so ever , double the quoted rate shall be recovered from contractor next dues in addition to disallowing payment for the period of absent . , ( v ) . necessary security passes shall be arranged by the supervisor in r/o all tradesmen deployed as per prevailing stn rule and regulation . ( vi ) all tradesmen shall be suitably skilled and minimum 3 years of works experiance to meet the work requirement& minimum 25%of tradesman in each category/trades shall have iti certificate . ( vii ) the rate quoted in col 5 ( basic rate ) is deemed to be inclusive of payment of minimum fair wages as per up govt circular including payment of esi@ 3 . 25% and gst /labour cess/any other tax as applicable . . ( viii ) necessary safety equipments as decided by ge shall be provided by the contractor to their staff . ( ix ) rate quoted considering wage revisions , epf as applicable , variable da and contractors profits , over heads and all as per note no . 15 given in sch a . ( x ) rate quoted per shift will include for all personals deployed combined for providing the services per 08 hours including reliever ( s ) for off duty leave reserve as per minimum wages act .
