provision of hiring of civil hired transport for ge i cg bhubaneswar provision of hiring of civil hired transport , hiring of one vehicle ( 4 wheeler ) , like indigo / swift dzire model jun 2015 & onwards or equivalent of similar category with driver , fuel and working maintenance for local / outstation duty for ge ( i ) ( cg ) bhubaneswar for working hours of each day of 50 km run complete all as specified and directed . note: in case the vehicle run is more / less than the 50km per day , adjustment will be done as per item no . 02 herein after . , add / deduct for adjustment of vehicle run more / less than 50km / day . general notes for item no 1 & 2 :- 1 . contractor will be responsible for upkeep of vehicle servicing , cleaning of whole car from inside and outside , fuel and driver / toll tax etc . , 2 . type of vehicle -indigo / swift dzire or higher version with ac with no extra cost basis shall be provided . 3 . standard fitment of vehicle should be in operating / serviceable condition . 4 . cost of fuel , taxes , levies , salary & perk to the driver , charges levied by the govt / private bodies , epf & esi , bonus to the driver inform by govt from time to time during the period of contract and any safety , insurance & other third party damage , overtime , night halt etc deemed to be included in unit rate . 5 . outstation trip is confined with paradeep & gopalpur area .
