outsourcing of services for conservancy and housekeeping in respect of age ( i ) ( cg ) jakhau , providing services for age ( i ) ( coast guard ) office located at cgra naliya on daily except sunday / holiday premises including rooms , surroundings etc during office hours from 00:09 hrs to 1700 hrs by employing 01 no mts complete all as specified and as directed by officer-in-charge . note : the contractors qouted rates against the above item shall be deemed to include the following elements :- ( i ) the contractor shall provide all the cleaning , hygienic material like brooms , wiper , phenol , colin , dettol , harpic , detergent etc for cleaning purposes . ( ii ) all the rooms , corridors , etc shall be cleaned daily . ( iii ) disinfection of rooms and frequency of cleaning of the windows , glass panes , doors , dusting of tables etc daily . ( iv ) rearranging of furniture etc after cleaning , filing , photocopying and taking printout as directed . ( v ) removal of cob-webs as and where directed by officer in charge / fortnightly . ( vi ) cleaning of roofs and drains before onset of mansoon . ( vii ) security of office equipment and installation . ( viii ) mts will perform duty from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs for each working day of month . the off day will be as dirceted by officer-in-charge as ordered in muster roll . ( ix ) the person detailed as office boy shall wear proper uniform . ( x ) the personnel engaged by controctor to have proper police verification for issue of security passes for entry from main gate of cgra naliya . , outsourcing the services of data entery operator by the computer qualified persons ( 04nos ) in terms of compilation of various data , generation of reports , keeping of record progress of works of any other misc duties as directed by the officer-in-charges in the age ( i ) ( cg ) office located at cgra naliya on daily except sunday / holiday all as specified and as directed by officer-in-charge note: data operator shall perform duty from 00:09 hrs to 1700 hrs for each working day . the off day will be as directed by officer-in-charge as ordered in musterd roll .
