( c ) qualification of data entry operator shall be 10+2 alongwith sufficient knowledge in computer applications . ( d ) data entry operator shall perform duties of clerical as well photocopier as and other office works when required . , outsourcing service of photocopier operator/ mts for carrying out photocopying/updating file system , recieve and dispatching of dak , maintaining the system etc complete all as specified and directed . ( a ) the task shall be carried out by deploying 05 numbers photocopier operators from 0900 to 1700 hrs on all working days ( except sunday and guzetted holidays ) at hq cwe ( af ) bagdogra . ( b ) qualification of photocopier shall be 10th pass with basic knowledge of computer and other office works . , outsourcing ferro printer for carrying out printing of drawing ( ferro printer ) , updating and maintaining the system and other routine work of section etc complete all as specified and directed . ( a ) the task shall be carried out by deploying 01 number ferro printer from 0900 to 1700 hrs on all working days ( except sunday and guzetted holidays ) at hq cwe ( af ) bagdogra . ( b ) qualification of ferro printer shall be 10th pass with basic knowledge of autocad application on computer . , notes for item nos 2 to 5 , contractor will submit required certificate/documents soon after accepting of tender . , contractor will responsible to provide security pass and entry to the air force area . , in case of non-deployment of any person on any day during currency of contract period , a recovery of per worker absent per day shall be levied from contractors payment as per note no 21 . 1 . , attendence register and other stationary required to maintain their documents will be provided by the contractor
