outsourcing of services for maintenance and upkeeping of md accn and otm accn at af station bhisiana , registering complaints of b/r & e/m from user through mobile phones , sms or email through on line complaint system at complain cell by deploying computer operator 24 hrs in three shift and maintaining proper record as per format attached on completed and pending complaints including updating the status of complaints in the computer as under:- , attending and rectifying the e/m complaints of priority-1 nature as per list attached within stipulated time of 03 hrs . , attending and rectifying the e/m complaints of priority-2 & 3 nature as per list attached with stipulated time frame from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . , all as per item 1 . 01 above but for b/r complaints priority-1 nature as per list attached . , ditto all as above item no 1 . 01 but for b/r complaints of priority -2 , 3 & 4 nature as per list attached . , all as per item 1 . 01 above but for b/r ( sewage ) complaints upto 1st manhole of building priority-1 nature as per list attached . , all as per item 1 . 02 above but for b/r ( sewage ) complaints upto 1st manhole of building priority-2 & 3 nature as per list attached . , note 1 . 01 to 1 . 06:- the contractor has to update the completion of complaints by entering time of attending complaints , entering the material consumed and printing the baby indent for sub division . necessary manpower to be deloyed by contractor for attending complaints of priority 1 , 2 , 3 & 4 nature within stipulated time frame . ( all t&p and other minor store such as putty , white lead . screw , bolts , rawl plug , tape for jointing and covering electice wire etc required for attending complaints shall be provided by contractor . all t&p including computer/printer shall be installed by contractor .
