( b ) the meter reader shall report/left the bso office as per the office working hours . ( c ) the transportation/travelling charges of meter reader shall be provided by the contractor without claiming any extra cost . ( d ) the minimum fair wages shall be paid by the contractor to meter reader through cheque as per existing govt . rules and receipt of the same shall be submitted by the contractor to the engr-in-charge . ( e ) necessary insurance etc shall be provided to meter reader by the contractor and copy of the same shall be submitted to the engr-in-charge . ( f ) the meter reader shall perform his duties as per the direction of engr-in-charge . ( g ) after taking meter reading of all the meters in the aor the meter reader shall work in the office of bso to prepare and maintain the revenue records , reports and return all as per direction of engr-in-charge within office working hours . ( h ) any unserviceability of meter shall be recorded and shall be brought to notice of engr-in-charge . ( j ) the contractor will liable to provide all the authentic documents of meter reader i . e indenity , police verification character certification and experience certificate etc . ( k ) attendence register shall be provided by the contractor to the engr-in-charge . ( l ) the meter reader shall be well qualified ( i . e 12th from any govt recognised board ) with having computer knowledge and computer working experience of two years
