mechanical works of hydromechanical equipments on regulators located at gopalpur, distt-etah i e kanpur branch and etawah branch under the annual maintenance.- 1 gate size : kanpur branch 9.40 x 3.20 mtr. = 3 nos. & etawah branch 9.40 x 3.35 mtr. = 4 nos. 2 greasing, oiling of component of lifting mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material labour & t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. for gate span between 8mtr to 12mtr 3 applying cardium compoundat steel wire rope, teeth of drum gear and pinion of gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material labour & t&p and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work. for gate span between 8mtr to 12mtr 4 replacing, filling gear oil in radicon/reduction gear box after proper cleaning including cost of material labour & t&p required for proper completion of work. 5 renovation of damage gate of etawah branch gopalpur regulator’s by removing rusted & w/outangles, roller box, providing fitting angles and roller box at site including all cost of material labour, t&p, scaffolding etc. as required . 6 rectifying defective alignment of gate by adjusting length of steel wire rope, plumber block and other allied work as required including all cost of material labour, t&p, jigs and fixture scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work. 7 repairing of guide roller (side sway roller) by taking out defective guide roller from gate, rethreading of foundation hole after extracting broken foundation bolts, repairing of pin by remetalling by welding machine of roller shaft, assembling the guide roller and fitting on gates with new foundation bolt and new rubber bushes and necessary oiling and greasing including cost of material, all material, labour t&p test trial etc. required for proper completion of work . 8 replacing defective steel wire rope 22 mm ø by providing steel wire rope 22mm ø make usha martin and clamping with ‘u’ clamp then align the gate by jack & jigs and fixture including cost of material, labour and t&p, testing on load as required for proper completion of work. 9 new making damaged/broken teeth of drum gear by liftimg hoist system, damaged teeth chiseling, drilling holes in old drum gear for making threads fixing studs, welding with cast steel/cast iron electrodes for making new teeth chipping grinding and finishing as per required size and shape including cost of material labour other required t&p etc.
