mechanical works of hydromechanical equipments on bewar barrage, etah under annual maintenance. - 1 bewar barrage, etah. gate size : 12.00 x 5.35 mtr.= 12 nos. & 12.00 x 6.35 mtr. = 3 nos. 2 greasing, oiling of component of lifting mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material labour & t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. 3 applying cardium compoundas steel wire rope, teeth of drum gear and pinion of gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material labour & t&p and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work. 4 replacing, filling gear oil in radicon/reduction gear box after proper cleaning including cost of material labour & t&p required for proper completion of work. 5 replacing, missing, damaged, bolts, nuts of hydromechanical equipment after proper checking of bolt, nut including cost of material labour & t&p required for proper completion of work. 6 overhauling of radicon unit by repairing after dismantling, cleaning and washing. repairing of main shaft sheet by welding and turning, replacing taper bearing (30214-2 nos ) with oil seal. assembling the radicon unit with proper oiling and greasing and fitting at site including cost of material, labour t&p scaffolding carriage etc. for proper completion of work. 7 general repairing and servicing of central hand drive unit system by dismantling and changing required damaged/ broken spare parts and reassembling, fitting, greasing and testing including cost ofmaterial, labour, t&p for proper completion of work. 8 rectifying defective alignment of gate by adjusting length of steel wire rope, plumber block and other allied work asrequired including all cost of material labour,t&p,jigs and fixture scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work.
