tender for supply of manpower refreshment tender b food and accommodation arrangement for asha training, rate per asha should be mentioned daily for the arrangement as follows - in the food arrangement morning tea, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, in the accommodation arrangement common bedroom or separate room should be arranged in the same building for the ashas residence, along with arrangement of cooler, fan/quilt/hot water and lay bath as per the weather, the following arrangement should be made for lunch and dinner - 1. chapati (5 nos) 2. dal (150 gms) 3. rice (100 gms) 4. one dry vegetable (seasonal) 5. pickle 6. one sweet piece with 50 gms pure desi ghee (in case of not giving or taking rice, 2 chapatis will have to be given extra) along with seating arrangement and pure drinking water arrangement, tea should be given at least once in the quantity of 125 ml which should be 50% milk, arrangement of milk and nanny for the children of the trainees. breakfast will consist of 150 grams of poha or 2 pieces of kachori/samosa or masala paratha and curd or 150 grams of upma. there will be no dinner on the last day of training and there will be no overnight stay, hence payment will be made at half the rate on the last day.
