bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - bsnl ed bgl nit no itc general servicing of 40 kva dg set at te gauribidanur chikkaballapura dist under bgba; power generators; service provider - dismantling of existing faulty 100 kva ea set along with all associated accessories from engine room and shifting the same to the location shown by exchange incharge inside the te gauribidanur premises including arranging suitable t & p and manpower for shifting of dg set to outside the dg room etc complete as reqd , shifting of the 40 kva(kirloskar ) ea set along with all accessories from the t e gowribidhanur compound premises (200mtr approx.) including arranging manpower for shifting of dg set on to the dg set foundation and positioning of dg set as per site condition etc as required. , itc of the 40 kva ea set and rerouting of existing silencer pipe including arranging welding work, s/f of necessary 63mm dia. b class ms exhaust pipe, including arranging the 0.3m length exhaust flexible pipe along with ms flanges etc and test running including providing new fuel pipe (gi braided flexible pipe main and return ) connecting the existing cable and earth connections i/c recording of oil pressure, temp, rpm, volt and frequency etc as reqd . , providing b check servicing of the 40 ea set engine by replacing of oil filters , fuel filters & engine oil ,test running , recording the parameters such as the oil pressure, temp, rpm, volt and frequency etc as required. , supplying & fixing 150 ah capacity lead acid type 12v, heavy duty battery with initial charge along with all accessories i/c testing and commissioning etc as required. note: the battery supplied shall have warranty of 24 months.(bsnl approved make :- exide express xp1500 150ah heavy duty or similar superior make)
