bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - ea set; ea set; comprehensive maintenance contract (cmc); as per atc; no - providing comprehensive maintenance of 1 no 500kva engine altrernator set with all accessories such as battery charger, battery, control panel, silencer, engine safety devices, meters, fuel lines, including servicing of as per the specifications for every twelve month duration, replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, lube oil, coolant, preventive mainteance of all accessories excluding replacement of battery as reqd (note: the old removed consumables shall be the property of contractor and the rates shall be quoted accordingly. and disposed off by the contractor on prior intimation to building engineer in charge with gate pass & in accordance to the latest environmental & pollution control guide lines). , servicing (b-check) of 500 kva ea set , complete draining out engine oil from sump i/c replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, lube oil, coolant etc complete with cleaning of ea set and accessories, applying petroleum jelly on battery terminal posts and checking the v-belts, mounting botls and coupling, refilling the new engine oil and cleaning the fuel tank, arresting the leakage and test running , record the oil pressure, rpm, volt and frequency complete as required. (the dismantled/replaced material after service shall be the property of contractor and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.the dismantled/replaced material shall be disposed off by the contractor on prior intimation & approval of building /exchange/engineer in charge with gate pass & in accordance to the latest environmental & pollution control guide lines) note : b check servicing report in original has to be submitted along with bill copy signed by sde of exchange. b check has to be carried out yearly once or as per the direction of executive engineer (e). , supplying 12v, 180 ah heavy duty sealed maitenance free battery with buy back of existing old battery including initial charging suitable for genset cranking duty with manufacturer warranty of minimum 24 months etc as required (exide express xp1800 180ah genset battery / bsnl approved make).
