bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - bsnl ed bg nit no 10 dismantling shifting of 1no 350kva ea set from new telecom building to te shankarpuram including servicing sitc of batteries and other connected mis.. - dismantling of 1x350kva ea set at ntb i/c dissambling of the modular type smc panels (walls, doors, roofs) making the ea set free to move i/c disconnecting the existing cables, earthing, fuel line, exhaust pipe line upto silencer, radiator, diesel transfer pump along with mcb db and starter (engine make: cummins model: kta-1150-g, alternator make: kirloskar electric company frame: 4ab315/r2) etc., as required. , dismantling of existing faulty 1x500 kva greaves maek ea set at te shankarpuram along with all associated accessories from engine room i/c dismantling the all connected accessories like cables, earthing, fuel line exhaust pipe line upto silencer and fuel tank with stand etc., and shifted the ea set outside the room adjacent to the building in available place in same compound etc., as reqd. , transportation of the 350 kva cummins make ea set along with all accessories such as fuel tank, silencer etc from ntb to te shankarpuram including loading and unloading by engaging required manual labour / crane, positioning the ea set in the existing foundation bed of 1x500kva ea set at te shankarpuram etc., as required. , providing b check servicing of the 320kva ea set engine by replacing of oil filters, fuel filters, engine oil, complete i/c cleaning the ea set providing oiling greasing, replacing the missing bolts, nuts complete etc., as required. , servicing the radiator at site and filling the concentrate coolant - 10ltrs (1:4 ratio) and water and replace damaged hoses if any complete etc., as reqd , supplying & fixing 12v, 180 ah capacity lead acid type, heavy duty battery with initial charge and fixing at site on the existing battery stand along with battery connecting copper cable, lugs, testing commissioning, etc., as required. [note: the battery supplied shall have warranty of minimum one year] (make: bsnl approved make) , supplying & fixing 24v, 20 a battery charger suitable for 2x12v, 180ah battery and fixing at site along with necessary accessories, testing, commissioning, etc., as required. (make: nhp or similar superior make) , supplying and laying of fuel line made of 32mm gi flexible braided pipe from engine to the fuel line / diesel tank with necessary protection on the floor with gi pipe i/c end connectors (04nos) suitable for above engine etc., as required. , supplying and laying 25x5mm braided copper strip for earthing connection (both for body and neutral) from the existing earth busbar / earthing line on the surface of wall / floor with suitable cl s i/c providing pvc sleeves etc., as required. , servicing and fixing the diesel transfer pumpset on the existing metal stand i/c connecting the power supply mcb db, starter and the existing fuel line, checking for any leakage and arresting the same, testing, commissioning etc., as required.
