bids are invited for custom bid for services - erection and commissioning of extension panels for interlinking of ht switchboards at 05/06/07 area of alumina refinery, damanjodi - erection, commissioning of new 6.6kv ht panel of schneider/ siemens make & each panel weight of 900kg approx & approximate maximum size, w-800mm, d-1950mm, h-2800mm which comprises of incomers, transformer feeders, bus coupler, bus riser and motor feeders (vacuum circuit breaker/vcu panel), pt panel including all accessories ,metering ,protection, alarms and annunciations etc. after necessary foundation work in the existing location, including grouting, making holes, masonry works etc. as required complete including shifting of panel from central store to us 09/us05e/us06e/us06ex , top floor , with transportation etc. as per direction of engineer in charge. the panels must be shifted through truck only. transportation of panels and its accessories from central store to site, shifting of testing equipment are under the scope of the party. all labour supply & required materials shall be arranged by the party. only the fabrication structural materials will be supplied by nalco.the party has to extend necessary man power for inter panel power & control circuit connection, assisting in testing & commissioning of each panel & its components & the job involve till the switch board is taken in service and if required control circuit modification, dressing, ferruling, termination etc. to be carried out as per the direction of engineer in charge and as well as representative of panel oem. , supply & making of end termination, glanding, lugging of cable 11kv/6.6kv of size3cx240 and up to 3cx300 sq mm armourmed aluminium xlpe cable. all the consumable are in the scope of the party. connection of the terminated cable to the 6.6 kv panels after making necessary holes in cable glanding plates for cable entry with fabrication of required supports and saddling /cl ing for the cables shall be done as per direction of engineer in charge. supply of end termination kit should be indoor type, push on, heat shrinkable, 11kv ue grade , is marked and of m-seal, raychem, birla 3m make. saddle/cl s and nut,bolts etc. will be in the scope of the party. , supply of straight through jointing kit & making straight through jointing if required , glanding,lugging of cable 11kv/6.6kv of size3cx240 and upto 3cx300 sq mm armoured aluminium xlpe cable. cable lugs shall be supplied by nalco as free issue item. the jointed cable need to be connected in 6.6 kv panels after making necessary holes in cable glanding plates for cable entry with fabrication of required supports and saddling /cl ing for the cables shall be done as per direction of engineer in charge. supply of straight through jointing kit should be indoor type, push on, heat shrinkable, 11kv ue grade , is marked and of m-seal, raychem, birla 3m make. saddle/cl s and nut,bolts etc. will be in the scope of the party. , fabrication of 6.6kv switch board base frame as required with ms channel of size 100x 50x 6 and angle of size 50x50x6 mm , including masonry work, grouting , earthing connection etc. as required as per direction of engineer incharge . fabrication materials shall be supplied by nalco. , supply, fabrication and laying of gi earthing strips of the following sizes for erection of 6.6kv switch boards and connecting to grid earth etc. as required as per direction of engineer in charge. , laying of ht/lt cable at us 09/us05e/us06e/us06ex for rerouting of existing cable as per site requirement and location of feeders including cl ing of cables in the existing cable tray.supply of cl s nuts and bolts will be in the scope of the party. cables shall be issue to the party from central store and transportation is under the scope of the party.
