annual rate contract (arc) of miscellaneous instrumentation jobs at digboi refinery.-horizontal and vertical laying of different instrument cables (signal / power / control / alarm / thermocouple / rtd etc.) of different sizes and types (armoured/ unarmoured) in cable trays/ wall and steel structures upto any height , fixing of galvanized clamps and screws for fixing cables on to the trays/ structures etc., providing aluminium cable tags at both the ends of the cable, testing and transportation from stores to site, unpacking, straightening, dressing of cable & returning the empty drums with unused cable, if any to stores complete with labour and materials as per the drawings, specifications and directions of the engineer-in-charge. note : cables will be supplied by owner free of cost. cable size: overall diameter upto 20 mm rs.thirty-one & rs.three lac cable size: overall diameter > 20 mm rs.forty-six & rs.two lac but upto 35 mm supply & installation of gi pipes cable glanding & termination with double compression brass glands (supply of gland in iocl scope letter writing for alpha-numeric tagging ( with synthetic enamel) : letter writing of different sizes on instrument panels/misc. fabrication and erection of structural rs.thirty rs.thirty-six works (supply of thousand four thousand five structural steel in owner#s scope) : hundred hundred one & fabrication and erection of structural eighteen & paise steel works, pipe supports, paise ninety-four only cross over, platforms, ladder tray, twenty-eight stairways, cable duct, only instrument yoke support wind girder etc
