installation n commissioning of 11 kv switch board 1ha at spp , nalco , damanjodi , dismantling of 11 kv ht double bus , abb make , switchboard no . 1ha in shipping section ( panel wise ) at unit#1 boiler switchgear room including disconnection of power & control cables in each panel and removal of existing panel from the foundation & shifting the panels from spp to a site location as per direction of engineer-in-charge . all labour & materials as required shall be under the scope of the party . the job needs to be executed in time bound period to restore the power supply to boiler#1 . the switchboard comprises of the following panels . a . incomer & transformer panels: 08 nos . b . potential transformer panels: 04 nos . c . cable termination panel: 01 no . shifting of new 11kv panels from central stores/storage area to boiler#1 mcc room . each panel weighing approximately 900 kgs & total nos . of panels: 13special care is to be adhered while shifting by hydra/trawler etc so as not to damage the panels . , erection , commissioning and alignment of new 11 kv ht panel with each panel weighing around 1200 kg & size 600 mm x 2150 x 2660 ( wxdxh ) approximately which comprises of transformer feeder / incomer /bus pt ( vacuum circuit breaker panel ) , including all accessories , metering , protection , alarms etc . after necessary foundation work in the existing location , including grouting , making holes , masonary works etc as required . shifting of panels from central stores to spp unit#1 switchgear room . the panels must be shifted through truck/trawler and not hydra & transportation is under the scope of the party . all labor , materials shall be arranged by the party . panel main busbar interconnection for power , control circuits etc complete and reconnection of power & control cable to respective panels are under the scope of the party . fabrication materials like ms channel/ angle shall be supplied by nalco . the party has to extend necessary man power assistance during testing & commissioning of panels . the new 11 kv switchboard comprises of the following panels . a . incomer & transformer panels: 02 nos . b . transformer panels: 09 nos . c . potential transformer panels: 01 nos . , fabrication of 11 kv switchboard base frame at as required with ms channel of size 100 x 50 x 6 and angle of size 50x50x6 including masonary work grouting , as required as per direction of engineer in charge at location spp 2ha , 3ha & ls02 switchboard . , two numbers of the transformer feeder shall be shifted to ls 02e & 01 nos . each to #1ha & #3ha switchgear room . erection , commissioning of the old 11 kv ht panel with each panel weighing around 1200 kg & size 850 mm x 1950 x 2800 ( wxdxh ) after necessary foundation work in the new location after making suitable arrangement for foundation including grouting , making holes , masonary works as required complerte . panel bus bar interconnection for power bus , control circuit are under the scope party . necessary modification of bus-bar shall be carried to enable coupling with exsting 11 kv bus . all bus bars shall be provided by nalco . location of addition of switchboard shall be:a ) 11 kv switchboard of ls-02e: 02 nosb ) 11 kv switchboard of boiler- 2ha & 3ha:02 nos . , supply , fabrication & laying of gi earthing strips of following sizes for the 11 kv switchboard , a . gi earth strip size 75 x10 mm , dismantling & shifting of double bus ht panel to knock down condition with separating each component & transporting the dismantled components to us 03ex for storage . the panel list include:a ) incomer panel: 02 nosb ) transformer panel: 02 noc ) pt panel: 04 nosd ) bus trunking panel: 01 no , obtaing statutory clearance from cea , laying of ht/lt/ communication cable for relay networking cable at #1ha switchboard for rerouting of existing cable as per site requirement and location of feeders including clamping of cables in the existing cable tray . , a . 11 kv xlpe cable of size 3cx300 & 1cx 630 sqmm . , b . control cable upto 24cx 2 . 5 sqmm .
