tender for repairs to 8 cusec discharge x 15 mtr pumping unit iii along with allied works at lift irrigation station kothey parlah new. , decoupling of 8 cusec pump of pumping unit no iii from motor and then dismantling the pump from the base frame. carriage & shifting of dismantled pump of lift irrigation station kothey parlah new on head load through path in fields to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. dismantling of 8 cusec discharge spiral casing pump of pumping unit no iii at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. cleaning of pump casing to remove sand and silt. providing and fitting of new pump shaft after turning and threading of pump shaft at required portions for fastening of check nut and fabrication of groove for key way at the position of coupling pulley. repairs to the impeller by filling cavities and cracks by way of metal filling and grinding to the original size. providing and fitting of two number new bearings and one number thrust bearing , 1 nos neck ring, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 nos new gland studs. reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing. providing and fitting of graphite packing in pumping unit iii. replacement of coupling pulley of pumping unit no iii by way of fabrication of new coupling set as per sample and according to the size of motor and pump shaft. providing and fitting of 8 nos. new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, key way. back shifting after carrying out repairs of motor & pump to site. the job includes loading, un-loading, fitting ,testing ,manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles etc. repair to 250 mm dia sluice valve of unit no iii, installed at lis kothey parlah new station by way of completely dismantling all
