tender for repairs of 07 cusec discharge 120 hp 2 stage vt pump of unit i along with other allied works at lis katal batal. , dismantling of 120 hp motor from the sporting frame and extraction of 07 cusec discharge 02 stage vt pump of unit-i by way of disconnecting the motor connections, decoupling the motor from line shaft, dismantling and extraction of ratchet assembly, discharge head, the column assembly pipes 12 dia, spider guides, line shafts, pump shaft and bowl assemblies using the overhead gantry mono rail assembly, dragging out of the pump room using tools and tackle with the help of manual labour. then loading of pump, line shafts and discharge head with the help of long boom hydra craneinto mechanical transport for carriage to work shop for repairs then unloading at workshop with the help crane/tripod chain pulley lock using requisite tools and tackles. dismantling the 2 stage vt pump by way of cutting the rusted bolts, nuts and studs and separating the discharge bowl, suction bowl from pump body and then dismantling the two stage pump to extract the damaged impellers and pump shaft. repairs to 07 cusec vt pump by way of repairs to suction bowl body by way of metalling, turning, finishing of intake fins and grinding them to size as per requirement. providing/ fitting of neck ring of stainless steel material- 02 nos. by casting, turning and boring to the required size and press fitting the same in the bowl body and pump body then locking properly. replacement of pump shaft by way of turning and finishing to required size and then threading it and making of key way on shaper to the required size of precision. fabrication of impeller holding lock ring- 02 sets out of ss rod as per sample.fabrication/ providing and fitting of 04 nos. pump body bushes of gun metal/bronze. repairs to ist and iind stage impeller by fabrication of 1 no. neck ring for each impeller and then press fitting it on the impeller and locking it properly and rebuilding the worn out portio
