tender for repairs to 6 cusec x 15 mtr head horizontal split casing pump of unit-iii along with allied mechanical and electrical works at lift irrigation station jandi nud , dismantling of 6 cusec horizontal centrifugal pump coupled with 50 hp motor of unit no-iii at lis jandi nud by way of decoupling the motor from the pump shaft by removal of nuts and bolts of pulley set. dismantling the pump from the base frame ,suction pipe line and delivery pipe line. shifting the pump and coupling pulley set from lis to nearest road site by head load and carriage to work shop in mechanical transport for repair. dismantling and extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. properly cleaning the internal surface of pump casing. remetalling /brazing of pump shaft and turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. repairs to impeller by filing cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. providing and fitting 2 nos of new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump, 2 nos neck rings, 2 nos shaft protection sleeves, 1 nos check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 2 nos new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 nos new gland studs on ends of pump. repair to bearing housing on non driving end of pumping unit by providing and fitting of bush, turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing of bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of pump. then back carriage of the pump in the pump house after carrying out necessary repair. job also includes replacement of damaged motor leads of motor terminal box by way of supplying and installation of new heavy duty insulated copper leads suitable for 50 hp motor of unit no. iii . re-installation of pump in proper alignment with 50 hp motor. providing of all the electrical connections. testing on full load at site. repair to 50 hp starter of unit no-ii at lis jandi nud by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. repair to tripping system by brazing and finishing required size, providing and fitting of no voltage coil, overload relay, moving and fixed contact point. replacement of worn out thimbles nuts-bolts and internal leads duly soldered properly. topping up of ats with 10 litres transformer oil. reassembling the same at site. repair to 250 mm foot-valve of unit no-iii by providing and fitting of new flapper plate with hinges, new inter-mediate plate, new set of nut-bolts, leather washers . re-assembling the same and installation at site and testing. the job also includes electrification of pump room building by using standard quality materials as per site requirement for lightening and power circuits by wiring of approximately 70 m length for various light and power points, providing and fixing of 3 no. led light points/lights (15 watts) inside pump room. job includes fitting of 1 no. flood light of 50 watts of reputed make outside pump room for illumination of approach path and lis area. complete job. note: the tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. any modifications/alterations of the job felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be done as per actual site conditions. the firm should offer rebate on old material. , rebate on old parts
