tender for repairing/servicing of advance make lrs no. 1, 2 & 3 at gk (south) bps. , moving electrode contact , fixed electrode contact , bus bar set , power contactor for shorting , auxiliary contractor 2no+2nc , motorized liquid rotor starter 415v 3 phase 500 hp with control panel , support insulator with nut bolt & washer , ms gear big , installation, testing ands commissioning of new lrs with all electrical and mechanical connection with necessary civil work as per site requirement including loading, unloading heavy labor charges. filling of water in lrs with chemical solutions for proper resistant. this includes making of foundation / base frame to install lrs as per requirement including cable connection , dismantling of existing lrs damaged parts, cleaning of the starter tank and paint with red oxide inside tank and overhauling the lane road starter. replacement of defective spare parts from starter taping of all i/c aluminum cable joint properly and replacement of thimble if required and greasing of all movable parts as required. filling of water with chemical solutions. restoration, rectification and matching of all control wiring for main motor with necessary connection and testing the same at site on load.
