replacement of 02 nos lrs installed in cwph hpi=- 1 motorized liquid rotor starter, floor mounting free standing, dust vermin proof construction tank in 3 mm crca sheet fabricated with m.s. fixed moving electrodes system having horizontal/radial movement, motorized mechanism box, with manual start provision, cable box & control panel for rotor control with all necessary interlock facility with stator (tp air break contactor), rotor panel comprises of indicating lamp - 03 nos. (resistance in, resistance out, stator on) push buttons-03 nos., auxiliary contactor, selector switch for auto/manual, these will have interlock arrangement with stator so that motor may not start in any case unless resistance is fully in position. suitable for 500-750hp make - any djb approved 2 cable for lrs atomization 1.5 sq. mm 5 core copper control cable 3 dismantling of existing old starter, removing cable with suitable means and shifting of the same 4 laying of control cable on wall/surface/under trench as required at site for auto controlling of lrs 5 installation, testing & commissioning of new lrs with all electrical & mechanical connection with necessary civil work as per site requirement including loading, unloading heavy labor charges. filling of water in lrs with chemical solutions for proper resistance. this includes making of foundation/base frame to install lrs as per requirement including cable connection.
