tender for overhauling of 33kv circuit breaker at 220kv s/s sultanpur under electy. 400kv s/s division, sultanpur. - overhauling and servicing of 36 kv vacuum circuit breakers at 220kv s/s, sultanpur (for various 33 kv feeders):the scope of work includes:• general cleaning and lubrication of the operating mechanism after dismantling.• checking and tightening of all locking pins, nuts & bolts.• setting and adjustment of the tripping and closing mechanism.• checking and adjustment of the connecting pole and main rods, and verifying their operation.• overhauling of the spring charging motor, including gearbox maintenance.• replacement of carbon brushes and polishing of the commutator as required.• checking and replacement of the mcb as needed.• setting of limit switches after thorough cleaning using crc/ctc.• checking tightness and integrity of all electrical connections.• final checking of auto spring charging functionality.• checking pole operation, including measurement of individual contact travel distances.• checking and repairing housing seals as necessary.• measurement of insulation resistance (megger value) in open condition, including vacuum checking.• verifying tightness of all electrical connections in auxiliary contact blocks and control terminal blocks.• checking and adjustment of trip and close levers and coils.• checking of all alarms and indicators.• verification of electrical and mechanical operation of the circuit breaker, including local and remote operation.all works shall be carried out with complete provision of manpower, materials, miscellaneous consumables, tools, and plants (t&p) required for the job.
