overhauling of 36 kv vaccum circuit breakerat 132 kv s/s manauri kaushambi, under etd-iv, prayagraj - general overhauling/repairing of complete operating assembly of 36kv vcb of 33 kv bays to be done by checking de-rushing & lubrication of mechanism assembly, adjustment of charging motor & rod adjustment on closing and tripping shaft, adjustment on trip latch, cam and limit switch etc. checking de-rusting and re-tightening of micro switch, checking of pole shaft, checking of shaft erosion of contacts, adjustment of pole shaft to adjust the contact gap, checking of spring charging manually and electrically, tightening of all electrical connections and on-off operations of breaker from local and remote switches. all men, material and t&p required for the above work will be provided by the contractor on his own cost to complete the job satisfactorily.
