tender for defect rectification on various engineering defects onboard icgs c-161 => limited - 1 e-047: abnormal sound observed from fire fire and gs pump. suspect impeller worn out. overhauling and repairing/renewal of impeller of pump to be carried out. all in way jobs included-replacement of seals and renewal of fasteners(mat -ss) (make -m/s spx flow technology pvt. ltd, model – kgefc-6) 2 e-048: various cracks observed on portable rubber educator hose. hose to be renewed along with both side connectors as per sample. (mat- wire braded rubber hose, connector mat- brass, hose length- 20 meters, qty- 20 nos) 3 e-049: low sea water flow observed from suction pipeline of both das. following jobs to be carried out:-(i) repairing of suction pipe linne along with nrv (length- 04 mtrs).(ii) post repairing, chemical cleaning and pressure testing of pipeline upto 08 bar.defect to be rectified and proved for satispactory operation. all in way job included. 4 e-050: firemain isolation valve not holding pressure. suspect valve seat deteriorated. valve to be overhauled and pressure tested upto 08 bar. defect to be rectified and proved for the all in way job included. (valve type- butterfly valve, size- 50 nb) 5 01 in no ba controller board to be fabricated as per sample. material : wood/ sunmica.
