defect rectification on various hull engineering defects onboard icgs c-156, c-161 and ab urja prabha => limited- 1 icgs c-156:- h-067 : crack observed in sun mica and wooden racks of chart table. to be repaired/renewed as per sample. inway jobs includes removal of chart table and re-fitment. mat- wood and sun mica 2 icgs c-156:- h-63 : ships illumination board rancid and light not illuminated same to be repaired/renewed as per sample and fitted on ship side of ship (size: 18x08, qty: 02 nos). 3 ab urja prabha :- h-032 : hot and cold ro+uv water purifier not purify the water. suspect low water pressure, clogged pre and post filters or membrane, a damaged ro membrane. same to be renewed as per sample. make: aquaguard, model:-hot and cold ro+uv water purifier. 4 ab urja prabha :- h-033 : shower mixer tap diverter is not working in officer in-charge wash defect to be rectified/repaired and proved. 5 icgs c-161:- e-025 : pin holes observed in rubber hose of portable lub oil transfer pump at various places. hose to be replaced and metallic strainer alongwith wiremesh to be fixed at the end of hose for smooth functioning of pump. all in way jobs included. (hose length-30 mtrs, hose material-elastic rubber, qty-01 no, strainer (material- ss). 6 icgs c-161:- e-026 : hydraulic oil leakage observed from cap of asd lub oil tank. suspect threading damaged. cap to be renewed and proved for satisfactory performance. (material-ss). 7 icgs c-161:- e-032 : following defects observed on diesel driven pump:-(a) various pin hole observed from suction hose of diesel driven pump. hose to be renewed alongwith nrv suction strainer.(mat- plastic, length-10 mtrs)(b) various cracks found in metallic base foundation of diesel driven pump. same to be repaired/renewed and rubber sheet to be provided for smooth performance.all in way job included. defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. 8 icgs c-161 :- e-031 : both main propulsion shaft epoxy coating deteriorated due to ageing. epoxy coating to be done on both shafts. in way job includes:-(a) cleaning of rust from both shafts including couplings.(b) primer coat to be applied before epoxy. 9 01 in no ba controller board to be fabricated as per sample. material : wood/ sunmica.
