( all type of insulators, steel, stay set with wire, earthing rod, clamps, gi pipe & grouting material provided by the firm except pcc pole ) . 46 making of m.s. angle ladder type frame of angle ( 75x75x8mm ) & gi strip ( 50x6mm ) near power transformer for power cable with concreting of the same in the ground and proper clamping ( 50x6mm ) of the same with transformer cable. 47 making of m.s. angleframe of ( 75x75x8mm ) in l shape to connect t / f neutral by flexible copper strip including cost of copper strip & will be connected to newly constructed well type earthing for power t / f neutral as per respo norms. 48 laying of 11kv cable of different size from power t / f to control room i / c and control room to outside d / p. 11 kv cable will be layed in brick trench constructed below 750mm to the ground level over the ganga sand. brick trench will be constructed by ist class bricks covering three sides of cable, after laying 11 kv cable brick trench will be filed by ganga sand & then will be covered by bricks & backfill of soil over cable trench as per respo norms. 49 erection of 11 kv incoming and outgoing panel ( with testing & setting of relays ) in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for power cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control rooms tranches by river sand. 50 erection & testing of 1 no. single t / f control panel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control rooms tranches by river sand. 51 termination of 11 kv 3x300sqmm size xlpe cable by filling 11 kv heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with lv side of transformer to switch gear panelsby providing suitable connectors. 52 termination of 11 kv 3x185sqmm size xlpe cable by filling 11 kv heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with lv side of switch gear panels to double poles out side s / s by providing suitable connectors. 53 hoisting of 11 kv cable on dp in gi pipe. 54 painting of the fabicated structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. paint / green paint of isi mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level. 55 shifting and dragging of 33 / 11 kv 5 mva transformer from road side to its plinth alongwith its erection including fixing of all assessories and top-up of t / f oil. 56 repairing and replacement of damage gasket, bushing rod, bushing .breather, silica gel etc by repalcement. ( top channel & dropper ) 79 f- bracket with bolt & nut 80 cross arm holding clamp 81 ms channel 125x65x1300mm tee off 82 erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per resspo drawing. all types of clamps, nut, bolt washers and stone pad would be provided by the contractor. 83 single support of s.t pole 11 mtr long. 84 double pole structure on s.t. pole 11mtr long complete with bracing. 85 end type double pole structure on s.t. pole 11mtr long complete with bracing. 86 cable exposer double pole structure on s.t. pole 11mtr long complete with bracing. 87 concreting of supports at the time of erection of pole in 1:4:8 concrete ratio from bottom of pole to ground leveland plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, sand & coarse aggregate in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo drawing with watering / curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing. all matrial would be provided by the contractor. 88 erection of stay set with stay wire, stay clamp & stay insulator including with grouting of stay set by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo norms before back fitting of the pits including binding, climbing, clamping, tightening and nozzeling of stay wire in all respect as per resspo norms. all clamps, nuts, bolts, stay insulator, cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor. 89 laying and sagging of 3 phase acsr raccon conductor from double pole at 33 / 11 kv substation to double pole at tapping point of 11 kv feeder line including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etcin all respect. 90 earthing of each s.t poles of the line is to be done by inserting the ms earth rod ( 1800x20mm ) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with gi wire to each support by nut & bolt. earthing rod must be 0.15mtr.above from the plinth of the support. all type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor. 91 guarding of ht / lt / telephone line / road / river crossing etc. by providing g.s earth wire 7 / 16 swg / gi wire no. 8 / 10 and making net with difference of 1.00 mtr. completely including fixing of channel / angle etc. with proper locking at each support as per resspo norms. all type nut &bolts, would be given by the contractor. 92 fixing of danger board and g.i barbed wire on each pole including proper clamping. all material would be provided by firm. 93 write serial number on each pole in english with black paint in yellow paint background. all material would be provided be firm. 94 laying ofdouble circuit 11 kv 3x185 sq. mm xlpecable in normal soil by digging of trench 1250 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. interaxial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. the two cables should be seprated by a partition of single bricks ( all thematerial required for laying will be supplied by thecontractor except 11 kv xlpe cable ) 95 cable laying by drill method in single circuit 96 hoisting of 11 kv 3x185 sq. mm. xlpe cable on double pole in gi pipe including its jumpering complete along with cost of a class gi pipe of size 6 dia 3 m long, clamps, nuts and bolts. 97 fixing of 11 kv 3x185sqmm o / d & s / th. 98 painting of following support of existing 11 kv line with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium white paint of isi mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of post office red paint ( 1.5mtr upper portion of support. ) paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of work. 99 single pole structure of 11 mtr. st pole. 100 double pole structure of 11 mtr. st pole. 101 clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of site incharge.
