erection of 132kv section isolator and 145kv pt on main bus at 132kv s / s karchhana under electy. trans. division-iii, prayagraj= 1 sorting, counting, shifting of galvanished structureto loading point and loading of galvanised structure on the vehicle ( provided by the contractor at efu naini, prayagraj. 2 carriage of abovestructure from efu naini , prayagraj to 132 kv s / s karchhana. vehicle will be arranged by the contractor . ( approx. distance 30km ) 3 unloading and sorting member wiseof structure and stacking properly at the store of 132kv s / s karchhana. 4 errection of auxilliary structure including shifting materials from site store to work site including cost of labour &t & p required 5 ( bct & bbl structure ) 6 erection / installation of 132 kv isolater with junction box on bbl structure. 7 jumpering of equipments by acsr twin moose conductor including shifting of conductor from store to siteits straightening , bending , & cutting & jumpering all 3 phase including all work associated such as disc insulator fittings etc .as per requirements and opening / sectionlization of existing jumper. 8 shifting of 03 no. old & used 132 kv pt from store room to 132 kv switchyard of 132 kv s / s karchhana for 132 kv sectionlized bus. ( man, t&p, crane / hydra, provided by contractor at his own cost ) . 9 erection of above 03 no. new 132 kv pt onthe bct structure with the help of crane / hydra, work includes termination of connection at ct / pt torret, making the earthing with the help of existing ms flat by welding machine. all man, welding machine, hydra provided by contractor at his own cost. 10 jumpering of 132 kv pt equipments by acsr panther conductor including shifting of conductor from store to siteits straightening , bending , & cutting & jumpering all 3 phase including all work associated such as disc insulator fittings etc. 11 earthing of auxilliary structure with 50 x6 mm msearth strip flat& 33kv isolator with isolater junc.box including cutting , straightening , bending , laying 750 mm below inside the ground connecting with earth mat , including painting , of joints with non corrossive paints on flat , painting on the flat on structure with the green paints after primering of one coat of red oxide primer & back filling of exavated trench along with proper rammimg & all associated work.
