sectionalization of 33 kv main bus & to make 33 kv transfer functional at 220 kv s / s cantt, underelecty. trans. division-ii, prayagraj.- 1 opening the jumper and dismantling, shifting to store of following equipments and structures including all associated works of sectionalisation of 33kv main bus & to make 33kv transfer bus functional. 2 33 kv la 3 33 kv pt 4 33 kv pi 5 auxiliary strcuture of alp -63 no.(materials shifting from work site to store & proper stacking). 6 erection of following auxiliary structure / equipment as per instruction manual of various equipment & technical specification including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 7 sorting, counting, stacking mark wise and proper loading of structure approx 7.2 mt in truck at efu naini, prayagraj. 8 safe carriage of loaded structure parts efu naini to 220 kv s/s cantt. prayagraj (approx. 25 km.) including all charges of way & vehicle. 9 unloading of auxiliary structure approx. 7.2 mt from the truck/trailer, its sorting, counting and proper stacking in the premises of 220 kv s/s cantt prayagraj as per direction of superivising engineer. 10 erection of auxiliary structure required for 33kv sectionalisation of 33kv main bus & to make 33kv transfer bus. the job consist of shifting of all materials i.e. structure parts, nut bolts washer etc. from store to site. erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practice using flat/spring washer with each bolts by matching holes, cutting the structures member if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. all materials to be erected shall be supplied by upptcl at free of cost but all men, material & t&p required for satisfactrily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 11 grouting of ladder type cable support by 75x10 ms angle 2.25 meter long (ms angle provided by contractor at own his cost). 12 33 kv bus isolator 13 33 kv la 14 36 kv pt 15 earthing of structure and equipment by using 50x6 mm ms flat and painting with bus green color by two coat. ms flat will be provided by the department. 16 shifting by safe handling of 33 kv xlpe cable from s/s store to work site,laying in trench,jointing the both endof cable through pvc cable joint kit. 17 interconnection between line isolator & transfer bus isolator by acsr panther conductor. 18 jumpering by transfer bus to transfer bus isolator, main bus to section isolator, la & pt by acsr panther/moose conductor. 19 termination of 33 kv r,y,b phase pt on 33 kv bamrauli bay.
