tender for work of installation of 400 kv ct on 125 mvar bus reactor bay and other associated work at 400 kv s/s motiram adda , gorakghpur under electricity 400 kv s/s division , gorakhpur, 1 dismantaling of 390 kv la along with structure by opening nut and bolts , opening ips tube also removal of earthing with all other associated work . 2 dismantaling of post insulator along with structure by opening nut and bolts , opening ips tube also removal of earthing , shifting of dismentled materials with all other associated work . 3 shifting of 400 kv ct from store to site with structure and its erection on the structure after certain base modification with the help of coles crane , steel ceiling rope , labours , welding machine . jumpering of ct with due care and safety and with all cost of men and t&p . 4 laying of armoured control cable in the cable trench from relay panel to ct junction box by way of shading / binding at every 1 meter distance with aluminum strip including carriage of cable drum from store laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work . men and t&p shall be provided by the contractor . 5 4cx2.5 mm2 6 fixing of junction box on the pole structure after modification on the mounting channels . termination of 4cx2.5 mm2 pvc armoured copper control cables after glanding , ferrulling on junction box and panels with due care & safety and with all cost of men , t&p consumables required for the work . 7 earthing of 400 kv ct body from two points with 75x10mm ms flat as per requirement of site after cutting, bending , welding and making lap joints then painting of newly earthing m.s flat with luxol burger make green paint . (ms flat provided by contractor). 8 earthing of 400 kv ct junction box with 50x6mm ms flat as per direction of supervising engineer after cutting bending , welding and making lap joints then painting of newly earthing m.s flat with luxol burger make green paint . (ms flat provided by contractor). 9 modification of 4 ips tube as per requirement of 400 kv ct and making 4 ips conection to the both end of 400 kv ct with all cost of men and t&p required for the job . 10 erection of 390 kv la on structure and jumpering both side with ips tube and moose conductor . proper earthing of strucutre with 75x10mm m.s flat with delta earthing all other associated works .
