tender for job works:-1 disconnection of all the electrical and earth connection of the dg set and taking out the alternator from dg set with the necessary t&p. shifting alternator to civil workshop ( with in approx distance 40 km ) and unloading of alternator at workshop. opening of outer cover and dismantling rotor and stator winding of alternator to facilitate the repair work. 2 m&l for re-winding of rotor and stator coils of 25 kva dg set with superior quality super enameled copper winding wire of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns alongwith allied materials such as cork sheet, fibre glass, paper insulation, cotton insulation, empire tape and insulation sleeves including requisite material of soldering. 3 varnishing to complete winding of rotor and stator with h class insulation, heating the same for its dryness in the furnace or any other heating arrangement including insertion of insulation tape. 4 replacement for avr including electric connection all as per specified by manufacture. 5 replacement for coupling disc complete with nuts / bolts washers fitted all as per specified by manufacturer. 6 replacement for pressure plate complete with nuts / bolts washers fitted all as per specified by manufacturer. 7 replacement for nde bearing 6306zz complete with bearing cap fitted all as per specified by manufacturer. 8 reassembling the rotor and stator of alternator including making all internal connections, necessary insulting material and refixing the winding inside the alternator after cleaning the alternator and making avr connection, heating the complete assembly to certain extent for moisture free winding. 9 transportation of alternator from workshop to site including unloading of alternator, making all electric connection and alignment of the alternator with engine for proper and smooth revolutions.
