bids are invited for 1 boq_1 cleaning charge of bore by backing machine and lifiting of submersible pump from bore well. 2 boq_2 development of tube well by air compressor 10 hours per day with compressed air machine complete with transportation charges and its accessories all as specified and directed. 3 boq_3 pt (peat, humus, andother organic swamp soils) gravell with cartage 4 boq_4 m&l of flanges rubber gasket, nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed 5 boq_5 taking out from bore well submersible pump motor, column pipe with man power/chain pulley arrangement and refixing after development and repair of submersible pump and motor complete in all respects 6 boq_6 m&l for submersible copper cable 4 sqmm 3 core flat type all as specified and directed.make of cable:- elecon or equvilent 7 boq_7 material and labour for rewinding of of submersible pump set motor 15 hp capacity including shifting to local workshop gaziabad for repair dismantling and strip opening , cuttting removing burnt winding wire from stator assembly and preparing slots , rewinding the same with super enamled water proof copper winding wire of suitable gauge with necessary insulation materials varnising etc and reassembling stator rotor assembly with pump incl replacement of spares such as bearing bush gun metal -04 nos (ii) rotor sleeve stainless steel -01 nos (iii) water seal 02 nos (iv) housing ci -02 nos(v) thrust bearing block -02 nos (vi) thrust plate- 02 nos and bring back to af stn dadri after repair making all electrical connection on site and testing for smooth functioning of rated dilivery complete all as directed.
