renovation/repair of johnson make 2 nos. bar screens at sps sector 26 rohini(re-invite)- 1 arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff to execute the work at deep channel and closing the sewage water incoming and outgoing gate for safely execution of work and also opening the same after completion of work. 2 cleaning of complete bar screen by removing of sewage grit, dust with the help of water pressure, kerosene oil, emery paper, wire brush and other scrubbing tools for making the complete cleaning for repairing purpose as per job requirement. 3 dismantling / removal of repairable parts like comb assembly one by one (3 nos), chain, shaft, sprocket, chain guide, wiper plate, bracket and other parts from the bar screen after opening/cutting of all nut bolts, support with the help of ss cutting machine gas cutter, welding machine and re-fastening other fastener and removing of platform by required tools & tackles and handling equipments as per site requirement. 4 strengthening of bar and maintain the gap as per standard of bar screen by fixing of every bar in exact groove with proper level and making alignment of all bar in equal sequence for easily and smooth working of all teeth of comb entering in the bar without any disturbance by using of ss welding process, ss cutting machine and fixing of ss nut bolts after making the hole with threads by using of drill machine and thread tools. the job includes making of straight position of all bend shape bar by using of required tools & tackles as per site requirement. 5 repairing of ss comb of bar screen by making straight position of bend shape of comb and teeth at workshop by using of hydraulic power press machine and maintain the gap of teeth as per gap of bar for making the combination of comb teeth with bar for smooth working by using of required tools & tackles as per site requirement. 6 repairing of gear box of bar screen by repairing of mechanical parts worm gear, worm shaft, making bearing seat in housing and at the shaft on both side, replacement of oil seal, bearing 2 nos. includes the machining charge and lubrication. 7 repairing of gear box of conveyor belt by repairing of mechanical parts worm gear, worm shaft, making bearing seat in housing and at the shaft on both side, replacement of oil seal, bearing 2 nos. includes the machining charge and lubrication. 8 repairing of ss shaft of wiper assembly by making sheet on both side with the help of lath machine and making straight position the job i/c making alignment of wiper assembly with shaft for smooth working as per job requirement. 9 lh & rh bottom side chain guide arrangement johnson make. 10 scrapper pad for clean comb johnson make. 11 comb attachment guide johnson make. 12 pin spacer assembly johnson make. 13 ss rake johnson make. 14 chain for conveyor belt johnson make. 15 sprocket (1 set = 2 nos) for conveyor belt johnson make. 16 fixing of all repairable and new parts in the bar screen at the same position and making proper support to hold the bar screen at proper level with alignment by providing and fixing of new fastener by required tools & tackles as per site requirement. 17 repairing / servicing of conveyor belt byoiling and greasing of all rollers, welding of broken joints of ms structure, replacement of bearing with bracket of main guide roller, making rethreads in the adjustment rods, the job includes dismantling of all parts of conveyor belt and assembling the same after repairing, making proper alignment of conveyor belt for smooth working, repairing of hopper by welding work, nut bolts and other hardware goods as per job requirement. 18 strengthening of back and side support of bar screen by replacement of nut bolts and welding of plate on the support, making proper level and balancing of bar screen. cutting and removing of damaged portion of support and providing fixing of same new portion of support by complete welding work etc as per job requirement. 19 repairing of panel by replacement of burnt wiring and replacement of contactor, etc as per job requirement. 20 transport charges for repairable parts of screen and tools & tackles from sps to workshop to &fro. 21 testing & commissioning of bar screen on full load.
