tender for replacement of 33kv/132kv/220kv equipments like circuit breakers, ct/pt and other works at different substations under etd i bareilly - replacement of defective/damaged33kv/132kv/220kv equipments installed at 220kv s/s c.b. ganj, 132kv s/s bareilly town, 132kv bareilly-ii (balipur), 132kv s/s meerganj, 132kv s/s faridpur & 132kv s/s richha. 2 dismantling of 220kv ct/pt from structure including shifting to storage places after opening of jumper and disconnection of earthing and connection of cable ( 01 job for each ct/pt) 3 erection of new 220kv ct/pt on structure including shifting of ct from store, connection of earthing with exiting ms flat at designated place and connectionof control cable as per technical specification ( 01 job for each ct/pt ) 4 dismantling old/damaged 145 kv ct/pt at various substations under etd i bareillyby openingjumpers,cable terminations and associated earthing strips. work also includes shifting of the old/damaged dismantled cts from site to store. 5 erection of 145 kv ct/pt at various substations under etd i bareilly as per instruction of concerned je/sdo including shifting of equipment from store to erection site includingall other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily 6 dismantling of 33kv damaged/defective vcb after removal of both side jumper and earthing , including shifting of dismantled vcb from switch yard to storage place/store room. 7 modification of 33kv vcb foundation as per site requirement/as per manufacturing drawing or as per direction of supervising engineer . 8 erection of new 33kv vcb in proper alignment and cable termination of circuit breaker as per logic for tripping /closing / spring charging / indication / supervision ckt with proper ferruling and checking out of breaker operation from local / remote, including earthing and connection of both side jumpers andworks related to complete the erection work. all required t&p, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 9 loading of various equipments like ct,pt,la,panels,cb of different ratingswith the help of manual labour / hydra and safe transportation of above equipments between substations under division (distance under 70 kms)with the help of private vehicles and also safe unloading of above equipmentswith the help ofmanual abour/hydra.
