tender for replacement of defective /old 132kv equipments and other related works at 132kv s/s krishna nagar kanpur under e.t.d-ii kanpur, a dismantling of defective 145kv old class 01 ct (132 kv naubasta - krishna nagar line ckt 1 bay, b phase and 132 kv naubasta krishna nagar line ckt 2 bay, b phase) after opening of cable connection and cutting of earthings. the work includes shifting of above cts from site to store. b. erection of new 145kv 0.2 class ct at above dismantled ct place with making earthing and cable connection strip including shifting of cts. c. modification of 132 kv ct (02 no.) structure with the help of g.i. angle, channel and ms flat as per site requirement. d. re-earthing of 132 kv ct (02 no.) with the help of ms flat 50*6 mm size from earthmat to structure and earthmat to equipment by cutting drilling and welding work etc. after excavation of earth trench and taking out of earthmat and back filling after laying of ms flat and welding work etc. for earthing of structure and equipment. a. dismantling of defective 02 no. 145 kv isolator with post insulator. the job includes opening of 06 no. jumpers cutting of earthing strips and shifting of above dismantled material from site to substation store at 132 kv s/s krishna nagar. a erection of 02 no. of 145kv isolator with proper adjustment work. the job includes shifting of isolator from s/s store to work site and making proper earthing of isolator by ms flat 50x6mm size as per site requirement. a. making of jumper by acsr panther conductor from 132kv isolator to ct/cb with the help of terminal connector/clamp as per site requirement. a dismantling of 132/33kv 40 mva transformer complete control and relay panel (i.e.- 40 mva tf 2 and 40 mva tf 3) and 132kv line control and relay panel (i.e. 132kv naubasta - krishna nagar line- 1) as per technical specification including shifting of panel from site to store and all other associated work to complete the job. b. erection of 132/33kv transformer control and relay panel (i.e.- 40 mva tf 2 and 40 mva tf 3) and 132kv line control and relay panel (i.e. 132kv naubasta - krishna nagar line-1) as per technical specification including shifting of panel from site to store. the job includes cutting and drilling work if required, making holes, proper fixing on plinths, tightening of bolts checking identifying and termination of control cable on panel as per schedule and proper earthing by using proper size of ms flat.
