shifting of 11 kv line from school premises under the juridiction of edd-3 moradabad.- 1 safe carriage of the following material from store centre majhola / jes store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :- 2 11 mtr. / 8.5 mtr. long pcc / st poles. 3 acsr weasel conductor. 4 lt a.b.c. cable of size ( 1x16+1x25 ) sq.mm. 5 lt a.b.c. cable of size ( 3x120+1x95+1x16 ) sq.mm. 6 line material such as cross-arms, pin insulators, guarding angles, guarding wire, disc insulators and cable jointing kits etc. 7 dismantling of the line by :- 8 removing of acsr weasel / dog conductor from all phases on line, making bundle and stacking at a safe place. 9 uprooting of 11 mtr. / 8.5 mtr. long pcc / st poles. 10 for 11 kv line, single support 11 / 8.5 mtr. long st / pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the support ( pole ) , providing and laying of stone pad ( 300x300x75mm. ) in the bottom of the pit. erection of support ( pole ) complete with fixing of 11 kv v-type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per respo norms. 11 for 11 kv line, double pole structure with 11 / 8.5 mtr. long st / pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the support ( pole ) . erection of support ( pole ) complete work by fixing of d.p. clamps and all other accessories. the work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per respo norms. 12 grouting of poles single line support :- grouting of support in cc 1:4:6 ( cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast ) grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1 / 6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per respo norms. 13 grouting of stay rods ( 20x1800mm. ) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of ( 0.60x0.60x0.30 ) m in the ratio of 1:4:6 ( cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast ) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 14 fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 15 earthing of support with ms earth rod of ( 20x2500 ) mm. long including excavation of pit and driving ms rod 3.0m apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of g.i. wire no.6 swg tightening with nuts and bolts. 16 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of acsr weasel / dog conductor with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 17 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of abc conductor ( 3x120+1x95+1x16 ) and abc ( 1x16+1x25 ) sq.mm. with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 18 providing and wrapping of barbed wire on 11 kv pcc poles at a height of 2.75 mtr. from the ground level as per respo norms. 19 mounting of 100 kva transformer on double pole making proper connections complete work as per norm. 20 mounting of 10 kva transformer on single pole making proper connections complete work as per norm. 21 earthing of 100 kva t / f by providing all type of material, t&p etc., complete work as per norms. 22 guarding of 11 kv line with g.i. wire as per respo norms. 23 fixing and fitting of single / three phase distribution box on pole for making consumers cable connection complete work. 24 carriage of following from work site to store centre majhola including loading and unloading at both ends :- 25 rail poles scrap & iron scrap.. 26 acsr weasel scrap & alluminium scrap.
