tender for releasing new connections line shifting and other works in deposit scheme in the area of edd 2 moradabad, 1 safe carriage of the following material from store centre majhola/jes store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :- 2 8.5 mtr. long pcc/st poles. 3 acsr weasel conductor. 4 11/0.4 10 kva transformers. 5 11/0.4 25 kva transformers. 6 11/0.4 63 kva transformers. 7 lt a.b.c. cable of 3x50 sqmm. 8 line material such as cross-arms, pin insulators, guarding angles, guarding wire, disc insulators etc. 9 dismantling of the line by :- 10 removing of acsr weasel/dog conductor from all phases on line, making bundle and stacking at a safe place. 11 dismentaling/cutting of 8.5 mtr. long pcc/st poles. 12 for 11 kv line, single support 8.5 mtr. long st/pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 kv v-type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per respo norms. 13 for 11 kv line, double pole structure with 8.5 mtr. long st/pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of d.p. clamps and all other accessories. the work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per respo norms. 14 grouting of poles single line support :- grouting of support in cc 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per respo norms. 15 grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 16 fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 17 earthing of support with ms earth rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving ms rod 3.0m apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of g.i. wire no.6 swg tightening with nuts and bolts. 18 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of acsr weasel conductor with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 19 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of abc conductor with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 20 providing and fixing of danger board with clamp, nuts and bolts on pole as per norms. 21 opening of h.t./l.t. connection of 63 kva transformer and unmounting from double pole. mounting of it on newly errected double pole and making h.t./l.t. connection, complete work as per respo norms. 22 guarding of 11 kv line with g.i. wire as per respo norms. 23 mounting and fixing of 10 kva transformer onpole including making proper connections. 24 mounting and fixing of 25 kva transformer on double pole including making proper connections. 25 mounting and fixing of 63 kva transformer on double pole including making proper connections. 26 fixing of distribution box with clamp on pole, making proper connection with l.t. line as per norms. 27 carriage of following from work site to store centre majhola including loading and unloading at both ends :- 28 rail pole scrap/iron scrap 29 acsr weasel scrap. 30 old and used 11 kv x-arm
