replacement of damaged conductor and installation of pole in long span from surjannagar substation to section pole near govt hospital under the juridiction of edd iii moradabad.- 1 carriage of the following material from store centre, majhola / je’s storetosite of work withloading & unloading at both ends ( distance about 60 km. ) 2 ( a ) pcc poles8.5 meter long. 3 ( b ) acsr rabbit conductor. 4 ( c ) line material such as cross-arm, pin insulators, disc insulators and earth rod, top channel, stay rod etc as per estimate. 5 for 11 kv line, single supportwith 8.5 mtrlong pcc pole:- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the support ( pole ) , providing and laying of stone pad ( 300x300x75 mm ) in the bottom of the pit. erection of support ( pole ) complete with fixing of 11 kv v-type cross-arms and other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arm holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts as per respo norms. 6 grouting ofstay rods ( 20x1800 ) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size of ( 0.60x0.60x0.30 ) m in the ratio of 1:4:6 ( cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast ) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 7 fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts&bolts etc. 8 earthing of support with ms earth rod of ( 20x2500 ) mm long including excavation of pit and driving ms rod 3.0 m apart from support and 0.5 m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of gi wire no. 6 swg tightening with nuts and bolts. 9 grouting of pcc poles 8.50 meter long single line support:- grouting of support in cc 1:4:6 ( cement, sand & 40 mm. brick ballast ) grouting will be done in the block of size 45x45cmx1 / 6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per respo norms. 10 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of acsr rabbit conductor with other accessories on poles as per respo norms. 11 carriage of acsr / g.i. etc scrap from site of work to store centre, majhola withloading & unloading at both ends ( distance about 60 km. )
