tender for nctps-ii -bm – 600 mw-unit - i– annual overhauling of boiler drum, safety valves, drum internals and bottom ring headers in unit - i during 2024-25.; 1 overhauling of prds & soot blower safety valves (6 nos) : this work consists of dismantling, cleaning, inspection, rectification of any defects, lapping the seat and disc, assembling without disturbing its internal settings and assisting during the floating. 2 overhauling of drum & sh,rh safety valves (19 nos ): this work involves dismantling, inspection, rectification of any defects, cleaning lapping the seat and disc, providing hydro test plug and assembling without disturbing its initial settings of safety valves and assisting during pressure setting safety valves & reconditioning of adjusting ring pin. charges inclusive of labours, t&p’s and consumables, such as lapping past, emery sheet, gada cloth etc 3 overhauling of electromatic relief valves (erv) :a)main valve : this work involves dismantling, inspection, rectification of any defects, cleaning lapping the seat and disc, providing hydro test plug and assembling without disturbing its initial settings of safety valves and assisting during pressure setting safety valves & reconditioning of adjusting ring pin. charges inclusive of labours, t&p’s and consumables, such as lapping past, emery sheet, gada cloth etc 4 b)pilot valve : this work involves dismantling, inspection, rectification of any defects, cleaning lapping the seat and disc, providing hydro test plug and assembling without disturbing its initial settings of safety valves and assisting during pressure setting safety valves & reconditioning of adjusting ring pin. charges inclusive of labours, t&p’s and consumables, such as lapping past, emery sheet, gada cloth etc 5 removal of jammed safety valve seating disc with stem from disc holder: this works involves removal of jammed seating disc from stem by gas cutting, re threading of stem and fixing new seating disc, blue matching of inner cavity with shaft, nose tips, blue matching of new disc with valve lapping disc, etc., 6 overhauling of drum and lower drum:this work involves opening of boiler drum and lower drum manhole door and its internals inspection, welding of the cracks in the separator chamber with ibr welder. flushing of phosphate dosing and blow down and flushing the drum internals with service air and closing of man hole doors with new gaskets etc. charges inclusive of labours, t&p’s and consumables. 7 inspection of lower drumorifice: this work involves charges for tightness checking and fixing of orifice in the water wall bottom entry by entering into the ring header. charges inclusive of labours, t&p’s and consumables. 8 online pressure setting of safety valve involves providing working platform and fixing of special fixture kit on the safety valve stem and applying extra pressure more and above the steam pressure available on the boiler with the help of calibrated controlled mechanical tools.: 9 checking of weld cracks in separation chamber and welding the cracks with ibr welder. 10 dismantling the turbo separatorassembly by releasing the eye bolts, hexagonal screw of size m12 x 35 fixed in claw and nuts for removing the turbo separator completely outside the drum for cleaning and refixing in its position. 11 removal of fallen/dislocated orifice plate and re-erection of new/fallen orifice plate inside the boiler water wall ring headers.removal of fallen/dislocated orifice plate andre-erection of new/fallen orifice plate of individual water wall tubes in place of missed/ fallen / dislocated, defective and damaged orifice plates byproper orientation and position by coupling with new/old marman type coupling and fastenersto arrest the orifice plate intact in the position by aligning with orifice fixture holes in the front, rear, left and right side water wall bottom ring header inclusive of labours, t&p’s and consumables.
