nctps-ii- mii circle- tm division- s.dn.i – unit-ii –overhauling of hp turbine stop valves andcontrol valvesand its servo motor during the unit-iiaoh for the year 2025-2026- 1 charges for dismantling of hp turbine stop valves andcontrol valveshydraulic servomotorfrom its position by removal of control oil ph ping from servomotor, decoupling of servomotor from stop valves andcontrol valvesand removal of servomotor from its position and cover the opening with appropriate sheet metal or gasket. 2 charges for dismantling of hp turbine stop valves andcontrol valvesservomotorinternals by lifting the servomotor to tg floor andloosening of nutsof servo motor cover and removalall internals in proper sequence. 3 charges for overhaulingofhp turbine stop valves andcontrol valvesservomotor by cleaning, measuring fornecessary clearances and inspection of all internals and releasing of wornout internals 4 charges for re-assembling of hp turbine stop valves andcontrol valvesservomotorinternals as per drawing by realizing the existing wornout spares and replaced by new available spares if required 5 charges for dismantling ofhp turbinestop valves andcontrol valvesinternals from valve body by loosening of threaded ring / lock nut by using supplied special fixtures, removing the lock nut from the valve body and valve internals 6 charges for lapping and blue matching ofhp turbinestop valves andcontrol valves stem with valve seat by cleaning of valve body internal surface, valve stem, applying blue paste on valve stem, checking blue contact, lapping the valve seat and blue matching repeatedly till achieving blue contact between valve seat & stem. 7 charges for assembling ofhp turbinestop valves andcontrol valvesinternals andhp turbinestop valves andcontrol valvesservomotor in proper sequence with valve body and coupling by replacing the new gland rings in valve, positioning the valve and tightening the bolts and coupling the valve with servomotor 8 charges for charging oil system and checkinghp turbinestop valves andcontrol valves operation as per the reference values 9 charges for inspection ofstop valves andcontrol valvesdeck springby conducting dye penetrate test. on deck springsto identify thecracks by using magnaflux make dpt kit including the cost of special consumables (penetrate, developer and cleaner). 10 charges forheating ofstop valves andcontrol valves cap nuts and bonnets during stop valves andcontrol valvesdisassembly and reassembly. this works involves: wrappingthe heating coil around the cap nuts/ bonnets, wrapping the insulation over theheating coil, heating the areato a specified temperature (400 degree celsius) by adjusting the thermostat, switching off the supply after attaining thespecified temperature, wrapping down the insulation from theheating coil, wrapping down the heating coil fromcap nuts/bonnets.(for 1 no of valve 1 no of operation required for valve)
