[ 4 ] .System Must Be Able To Give Serial Data Output To Be Used To Send Reading To A P.C Or Serial Printer. [ 5 ] .Accuracy Less Than 1 Percent Bidirectional. [ 6 ] .Minimum Two Selectable Engineering Units Lbs.Ft, Nm. [ 7 ] .Size Should Be Compact Not More Than [ 15X18x15 ] Cm, System Should Be Easily Mounted On Column / Table. [ 8 ] .System Must Be Capable Of Calibration And Testing Of Torque Wrenches, Pulse Tools, Pneumatic Shut Off Tools. [ 9 ] .Suitable Recharge Nimh Battery To Be Provided 12 To 15 Hours Of Continuous Use. [ 10 ] . System Must Be Suitable For Horizontal And Vertical Mounting. Make - Norbar / Rad / Aws / Gedore Only.
