    Supply Of Kit Of Hose Assly For Lube Oil System E.Rly Drg. No. Ccc/Dl-762 Alt-5, Consisting Of 8 Items As Below:- 1. Hose Lube Oil Drain From Turbo 01 No 2. Hose Lube Oil Drain From Vibration Damper Ls 01 No 3. Hose Lube Oil Drain From Turbo 01 No. 4. Hose Crank Case Exhauster Drain Pipe 01 No. 5. Hose Lube Oil Drain From Vibration Damper Rs 01 No. 6. Hose Crank Case Exhauster Drain 01 No. 7. Hose Centrifugal Filter Inlet 01 No. 8. Hose Lube Oil Inlet To Turbo 01 Special Terms And Conditions:- 1. Hose Assly Will Be Made From Arkwel, Dunlop,Parker,Gates, A Lfagoma, Manuli And Aeroquip Makes Only. 2. The Hose When Assembled Should Not Be More Than 12 Months Old From The Date Of Manufecture As Mentioned On Longitudinal Strip On The Hose. 3. Warranty Of 24 Months From The Date Of Fitment Or 36 Months From The Date Of Supply, Whichever Is Earlier. 4. During Ingternal Inspection By The Firm 100 Percent Hose Assly Will Be Tested Up To Proof Pressure. 10 Percent Testing Hof Hose Assly Will Be Done By Inspection Authority At Proof Pressure. 5. The Packing Marking Will Be Done As Indicated In The Drawing. 6. Assembler Must Be Authorized Dealer Of The Oem Of Hose Offered For Making Hose Assly. 7. Assembler Must Be Iso 9000/9001 Certified. 8. Assembler Must Have Minimum Experience Of Five Years Of Supplying Hose Assemblies To Leading Industries And Documents Of Proof Should Be Attached With The Offe. 9. Assembler Must Have Testing Facilities For Testing The Hose Assly. Minimum Upto Proof Pressure. 10. Material Will Be Supplied In The Original Paacking Of Manufecture.
