I Overall Dimensional Tolerance Should Be 0.01Mm. Ii Each Unit Should Be Made Up Of 5 Bays Adjacent To Each Other. Iii Body Should Be Made From High Quality Virgin Steel Of Thickness 1.8Mm. 1. Shelving Unit: I Shelving Unit Without Containers Dimension 1765 X 460 X 1300 H Mm. Ii Number Of Loading Levels Per Bay For Containers 4. Iii Load Capacity Of Each Unit 1600 Kg. Iv The Shelving System Must Be Fixed To The Floor And/ Or To The Wall. V Each Container Can Be Removed Quickly And Easily And A Special Hook Fitted To The Shelf Unit Prevents The Container From Accidentally Falling Out. 2. Containers: I 20 Numbers Of Size 4A5 Containers Can Be Fitted In The System. Ii Load Capacity Of Each Container 80 Kg. Iii Hopper Type Container Of Dimensions 500/450 X 300 X 300. Iv Capacity 45 Litres. V Polypropilene Copolymer Material. Pre Treatment And Surface Finish. I The Raw Material Used In Production Of The Unit Provided Should Be Virgin Steel. Ii The Same Should Unergo 7 Steps Anti Rust And Anti Corrosion Treatment With Special Hot Oil Treatement To Safeguard Against Saline And Humid Conditions. Iii The Final Product Should Be Powder Coated To 80 Micron Thickness With Epoxy Polyester Blend . Note: Warranty Period Should Be For 24 Months From The Date Of Supply.
