LIS Nikowal old:-Dismantling of suction pipeline 300mm of unit no I 20-25 ft approx. and suction pipleline 250mm of unit no II 35-40ft approx . at LIS Nikowal old for civil works (Crates)to be laid by the civil counterpart smoothly . The Job includes dismantling of footvalves of both the suction pipelines and three No. joints of suction pipelines of unit No 1 and II each with the help of manual labour,tools and tackles .Then reassembling both the suction pipelines with the help of new rubber sheet and nuts and bolts in the same manner as it was dismantled after having crates works successfully done by the civil counterpart .Finally fitting the footvalves at the end of suction pipelines .Providing and fitting of one no. starter three phase ,compatible with priming pump 5HP of the reputed make .Complete Job includes materal cost ,labour cost ,carriage cost and hire charges of tools and tackles.Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material.LIS Burejal:-Dismantling of suction pipeline 200mm of unit no I 15-20ft approx. and suction pipleline 300mm of unit no II 30-35ft approx. at LIS Burejal for civil works (Crates)to be laid by the civil counterpart smoothly . The Job includes dismantling of footvalves of both the suction pipelines , three No. and four No. joints of suction pipelines of unit No 1 and II respectively with the help of manual labour,tools and tackles . The job also includes taking out the covered part of suction pipeline and footvalve under silt of unit No I by proper removing of silt underneath and sideways and cleaning of footvalve 200mm by dismantling the footvalve. Welding of the suction pipeline near foot valve flange of the unit I to make it leak proof. The job includes taking the pipe piece outside to safest place and welding the damage pipe by double layered arc welding. Assemble the foot valve after proper cleaning and by using new nuts and bolts . Then reassembling both the suction pipelines at an elevation with the help of new rubber sheet and nuts and bolts in the same manner as it was dismantled after having crates works successfully done by the civil counterpart .Finally fitting the footvalves at the end of suction pipelines . Repairs to 5 HP priming pump by way of complete dismantling internal parts of the pump. Complete rewinding of 5 HP motor of priming pump. Replacement of shaft with new one, turning and finishing for bearing and impeller size. Providing and fitting of new bearings .Assembling of priming pump with greasing of bearings. Testing of pump set on no load condition at workshop. Fitting of priming pump at site. Taking out the 15 ft(approx ) 300 mm MS pipe along with the foot valve lying on the sump side to the safest place with the help of the manual labour or chain pulley block. Complete Job includes material cost, labour cost ,welding charges, carriage cost, chain pulley block hire charges and hire charges of tools and tackles.Note:- The Tenderers are requested
